NMDC working for the empowerment of rural media in Nepal has started second phase Basic Journalism Training focusing to the women, disadvantaged community and disadvantaged area. NMDC organized a five-day training, from 11-15 November 2010, at Manthali, Ramechhap.
There were 23 participants representing from 14 different villages of Ramechhap district. Among them, there were 15 female and 8 male participants, representing 8 from Janajati and Dalit community. There were 2 male and 5 female from Janajati and 1 male Dalit.
